The Regional Services & Education Center, also known as RSEC, provides psychological evaluation and rehabilitation therapy services. It also organizes various workshops and conferences. The center operates Longview School, Sunrise Children s Center, Sunrise Early Intervention and The RSEC Academy. Its Longview School serves students with emotional and behavioral disabilities. The center s Sunrise Early Intervention offers a range of services, such as behavior consultation, sensory integration support, cognitive therapy, child care and bilingual support. Located in Amherst, N.Y., the Regional Services & Education Center also operates The Summit School, which provides an array of classes in English, social studies, science, math, health, physical education and fine arts. Established in 1988, The Summit School also offers courses in motorcycle repair, building trades and woodworking.
