The Steamway tech was a true professional, showed up on time, was polite, and went the extra mile... things I never would have thought of (corner protectors on the walls to prevent damage from the hoses!) The home use carpet cleaners and rental units don't even come close! My carpets truly looked brand new, and I know I will be using them again.
