I thought my car wouldn’t start so I had it towed to Ron’s. They explained that there was no problem, it’s just a hybrid and the gas engine wasn’t coming on because the hybrid battery was fully charged. Very honest.

They are nice, quick, and reliable. I will always return to them for my car needs. The bigger dealerships take advantage of me being a college student female, and Ron's never makes me feel that way.

My car had been badly neglected and they kindly and patiently helped me get a game plan to get caught up. So far all of my repairs have been done the same day and without any problems afterward. They are for sure my go-to place!

Dropped off his vehicle and the person at the business drove him back home. They called him when his vehicle was done and offered to pick him up. His experience was pretty good.

This business was really good and nice. They listen to everything he had to say. They were really timely about getting back to him and they had ideas on what the problem could be while he was there. Their prices are reasonable and exactly what they said it would be and there were no surprises. They fixed what he asked them to fix and they did exactly what they said they were going to do.

Took my car in for an overheating problem. 650$ later my car overheated on the way home from shop. They fixed an oil leak,so they said, and put in a new radiatior. I changed my 20$ thermostate and overheating is gone. My car leaks oil worse than ever now huge puddle. I was ripped off. Larry the tech is the biggest jerk I have ever met. Don't go there they are banking on the reputation the previous owners had created. Trust me my close friend used to be there service manager and he says Richard is Larry's puppet he is pulling 6 figures and doing bad work .This place needs to be shunned. Do Not take your car to these crooks.

I am new to town and called Ron's about a coolant light that came on in my daughter's car. I was told to stop by any time this morning. Richard promptly checked it out and added coolant as well as pointed out a potential future problem with the engine (involving a slow oil leak) for us to watch. He gave no high pressure/scare tactic sales pitch, even though the oil issue would be a very expensive repair. I was charged nothing for his time, but was treated very courteously, in a timely manner, and given sound advice to my questions. Since moving 3 hours away from my trusted mechanic this very week, I was extremely nervous about finding a new mechanic who I could trust. Ron's is the place you can trust. I was treated like family and will recommend them to everyone.
