I ordered three replacement panes for windows. They sent a person to measure these twice. Took six weeks for delivery. The windows were too small and I had to have the frames modified to accommodate the smaller glass. Cost me $600. Before this, the owner, John made an appointment with me to see the problem. However, he never showed up and has been ignoring requests for refunding my expenses. All this delayed preparing my house for sale and resulted in further costs. I will like to have an orning covering placed/installed around my outdoor pool area. Is there a kit that one can fabricate to sell me for installation at an out of USA location ...The dimension of the pool area is approximately 50 feet long against a 4 ft perimeter wall constructed around the pool area....
