Ordered a pair of glasses, received a completely different pair from what I ordered(right prescription, wrong frames), the different sales guy said they change selection all the time, I showed him what I ordered the first time,and he said he would talk to the sales lady...

Two weeks later I think the correct pair showed up. The third sales lady checked the prescription for me and said it was correct... though this version of frames seems way flimsier than the one I thought I ordered before...

I dealt with no less than 4 different sales people. though they were basically nice to me, just seemingly incompetent.
