When you call these guys they have what sounds like a teenage girl answering the phone - I'm guessing the main guys daughter. She can't answer even the most basic of questions and when I was talking to her she was putting me on hold constantly to ask another woman for the answer to my question. If you don't know anything don't answer the phone! And it wasn't just once. When I called to schedule a quote I brushed it off as likely a one time thing. I was going to use them because they gave us the best quote, but when I called back to say I wanted them to do it she didn't even know how to handle that and said someone else would have to call me back. I was going to use them anyway because they did claim the have insurance and all that, but when my husband called them again to ask one more question he had to deal with the same kid answering the phone and it made him so irritated he scheduled with someone else. Now the guy called to say he can do the tree in the next day or so - guess his daughter (or whomever she is) didn't tell him that my husband told her to forget it. I was going to try and tell him about why my husband went with someone else (and that he told her) but he got mad that I didn't tell him and hung up on me before I got the chance! I guess the girl answering the phone isn't the only unprofessional one in this business.



I would avoid these people. I honestly don't even trust that they are insured as they were really irritated when I asked about that - which is a standard question that everyone should be asking when having major work done - like removing a tree that hangs over their house.



Oh, and one other thing. Be aware that they do not have a system to accept credit cards. He said he had figured out a way that we can pay with one, but didn't tell us how.
