I've used Crystal Clean as our window cleaning vendor for approx. 6 years. I quickly came to expect professional, courteous and consistent service. They've also had many of their staff for several years so it's always nice to see the same guys over and over. The quality of service is also excellent and if there ever is something that needed addressed it is taken care of immediately and without question. Thanks for the awesome service. Last Spring, I had received a business card for Crystal Clean and decided to give them a call. My call was immediately answered and it was explained how they clean and I was given package options, according to what I wanted. The gentleman offered to email me some quotes, which I liked, so I could weigh my options. I chose the package that worked best for me and I thought was very reasonable. I emailed back and my appointment was booked according to my schedule.Two guys arrived to do the job. They were very kind and professional. They had clean equipment and wore shoe coverings inside my house, which I liked. They got right to work and did a great job. After they completed the job, we did a walk-through to ensure that the window cleaning was done to my satisfaction. Wow, what a difference!Professional, reasonably priced and a job well done! I will be calling for another appointment this Spring.
