The worst customer service. I used this company for 15 years. They respond to about 1 in 6 emails, and they've answered the phone once in 15 years, and never call back when you leave a message. the last straw was a bad batch of herbs that were returned the way they specified, and FIVE MONTHS and they haven't refunded my money. They did not have specific return instructions, just said "send it back"...didn't require any special paperwork or documentation, now they want my tracking number...it's fine. Mountain Rose Herbs has unbelievably superior quality, Ameriherb were only mediocre anyway. I'm challenging the charge with my credit card company and filing a report with the better business bureau. There are so many great, warm, caring people out there marketing herbs, you can do a lot better than this. I don't get the grumpy ungrateful attitude.

So hard to reach anyone over the phone. When you finally reach someone it's this little rude dude with such an attitude! They may have good prices but customer service goes along way. Don't answer the phone like I'm disturbing you, I'll just take my money elsewhere!

I don't know about the other review on here, but I have asked for refund/replacement of herbs and it was done promptly with no questions asked, they also answered questions. It takes about a week give or take a few days for them to ship, they do give a tracking number. Their herbs are good value for the price. I can't complain.

The prices for herbs and spice...

The prices for herbs and spices at Ameriherb are very low. Delivery takes a long time. It is not uncommon to wait nearly two weeks to receive your order and there is no tracking available.



This is a barebones operation with a very basic website and no fancy packaging. That is fine with me but be aware that if there is any problem with your order, Ameriherb will not return your calls and will ignore any attempts to communicate with them. Do not expect any information from them at all regarding your order, including questions as to whether or not they have shipped your package.
