Kenneth Jeppesen is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies from Weber State University, and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Converse College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. After working as a youth counselor for three summers and seeing how teens struggled, Kenneth knew he wanted to help build strong families. He knows that a happy family begins with a happy marriage and specializes in working with couples, using the Gottman Method. Kenneth is also passionate about teaching individuals and couples the skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to deal with depression and anxiety. He also loves to help people work through crises of faith and speaks publicly at different organizations on this topic. He is the coauthor of The Philosophy of Freedom and spends his spare time trying to learn everything about everything.
