NEVER

I will NEVER go there again. Friday night, day before opening of the bow hunt, I am looking for a specific blade. I go to Cabelas because it’s the closest thing to my house. They don’t have it. At 6:25pm I call Humphries and ask if they carry this specific brand. They said that have two packs left. I said ‘what time do you close?’ ‘7:00 o’clock’ he says. I said ‘I will be right there to get them.’ At 6:40pm, I arrive and the doors are locked. I call them twice, as I am standing there trying to get in. Sign says closed.
What horrible customer service this is. These blades were not even for me, they were for my dad. I can’t even explain the frustration I had, by being lied to. After I told a friend this story, he told me a story about how they accused him of stealing. NEVER will I go there. I will drive to SL or to other locations much farther away to get my archery equipment.

I will never shop at this locate wannabe bow shop again. They robbed me of $100.00 dollars on my birthday, by issuing my wife a bogus gift card and then had they had the gull to say that I was trying to scam them when I tried to redeem it the next week. I spent several hours talking to the management and owner trying to resolve this issue, to only be belittled and insulted.
I learned my hard lesson about trying to support a small town local businesses with no customer service and business concepts. I'll I can say is that you would be a idiot to every even walk through the door of this joke of a business/ wannabe archer shop.

You been warned,
Mahalo,
