I am very grateful for Climent Construction. Manny is amazing and he has assembled a great team to assist homeowners in their hour of need. I had a flood and Climent Construction did the rebuild and it looks fantastic. I highly recommend Climent to any and all homeowners or property owners who need disaster clean-up to re-modeling.

YAY for Climent Construction! I used my brand new renovated bathroom/shower this morning for the first time, and I love it. Thank you for the hard work, being on time, being on budget and ever so patient with all of my changes.. Can't wait for work in the kitchen to begin this summer.

Added 8/18 - Kitchen is complete and it's gorgeous! Again, lots of changes that were handled in stride with professionalism and patience. Could not have asked for more.

I was a little nervous about hiring a contractor to remodel my basement but Manny and his team did an awesome job. Climent Construction remodeled a kitchen and bathroom in my basement and it looks fantastic. They showed up, worked hard, cleaned up afterwards, and finished the project right on time. I would highly recommend them.

Manny and his team recently completed a major remodel of our master bedroom, master bath, and guest bath. It was an amazingly hassle free experience, as his team arrived every day, met all of our expectations and were a pleasure to work with. We appreciated the detailed bid, and the suggestions he and his team made to improve our original plans. We have already given Climent Construction recommendations to two of our neighbors, and would hire them again for another project.

I had a water leak that damaged two floors of my home. Finding a contractor can be daunting, but the recommendation to call Manny and Climent Construction was well directed. Manny was very upfront, knowledgeable and indeed carries integrity and pride in his business practice. His team were on the spot to help me through the mess. The craftsmen who performed the work were indeed gentlemen and very straight-forward with their work, and communicated well on any issues, their progress and their schedule. The results; awesome. I have my home back as it was and also had a few window upgrades done by them in the process! THANKS GUYS!



OK new update! Have now had Manny and his team over for three projects. After the water damage, he redid the exterior of the house and replaced the rest of my windows, then constructed a bathroom and home office. I am ecstatic with the work! Beautiful. Sooo... I have another project for him. Professionalism shines through both him and his team. THANKS AGAIN MANNY, AARON AND JUSTIN!

Manny and the team remodeled two bathrooms, painted the Master Bedroom, changed out all the light switches and hung two small chandeliers. It all exceeded my expectetation and the pricing was so good. They did so well they are returning to do my kitchen, add bookcases and a kichenette in the basement. Thank you Manny and team.

We recently had some major work done on our master bedroom and bath. This was a complete remodel - tile, vanity with granite top, new shower and door, new sink and faucet, lights, fan, ceiling fan with lights in the bedroom. We also changed the closets to French doors instead of bi-pass and installed some closet organizers. We changed out all the toilets (3) in our house. We repainted another bedroom and also repainted the living room, hall way and kitchen. We repainted all the closets and doors and changed out the door knobs. Manny and his crew did excellent work. They were professional and courteous. They do quality work and, equally important, treated our home with respect; cleaning up every night. They realized we still were living here and made it comfortable for us even though things were being torn apart and re-built. Manny's rates are comparable to others but the quality of work and the professional approach of his crew are the main reasons why we highly recommend them to anyone who needs some work done.

Manny was referred to us by a couple of our friends. They couldn't stop raving about their experience with him so we decided to have him do a couple fixes in our home. We needed a burst pipe replaced (inside our wall) and needed the drywall fixed in our water heater room due to some water damage. We couldn't be happier with the results! Everything from contacting him the first time, to scheduling a time for an estimate, to the actual work being performed, it was as easy and as smooth as could be. We will definitely be using Manny's services again in the future!!

I had a great experience working with Manny. His work was good and his prices were much better than other contractors we checked with. I want to also note that Manny does an excellent job handling his communications which not all contractors can say. He was always responsive and quick to share any relevant updates. He handled a complete renovation of an older house we bought and really did a top notch job. I would use him again.

Manny is truly a top notch contractor. He originally rebuilt my house after a fire a few years ago and most recently, I hired Manny to finish a bathroom in my basement. His prices beat the competition and his work is awesome. It is nice to have a contractor that takes pride in their work and wants to make the customer happy. Too often, you find people just don't care to do a job with perfection. That is NOT the case with Climent Construction. They treat each job as if they were doing it on their own place. Manny will do exactly what he says he will do and will also offer helpful suggestions for any project if you need them. I would highly recommend Climent Construction for any size job. Manny Climent and his employees provided repairs needed on a duplex we own after it was damaged by a car rolling backwards downhill. Their work was prompt and thorough, very professional. The results were very satisfactory.

Manny was the first to respond to remolding of our bathroom out of nine contractors that were called. His prices were very reasonable even as we added things during the job. He provided a very detailed bid from the beginning. We had additional bathroom issues that 4 adults had to share during the project and he took care of them so we could use it. The workers were very prompt and cleaned up every day. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and played good music. Manny was here throughout most of the project even at the end when the glass shower door was fit. We will call him when we are ready to do our kitchen remodel. I will recommend him to anyone for any remodeling needs.

I gave Manny and Climente Construction Inc 5 stars because without hesitation I would call them again if I needed work done on my home. We called Manny and his team to come out and give us an estimate on a kitchen remodel, and he came in $4,700 below our other estimate, and his estimate included grade 1 granite countertops! Manny is very easy to work with and he is a very trustworthy general contractor. His guys did all the demo, drywall, texturing, and it looked great. If I would have known they were so good, I wouldn't have paid the jokers from Home Depot $1100 to install the cabinets. HD sent one guy out to install the cabinets, it took an entire day, he scratched the new paint that Manny's guys painted, and Manny would have been cheaper. I can whole heartedly endorse Manny and Climente Construction Inc. for any kitchen remodel. Go to these guys first before you buy cabinets, pay for install, etc. because we could have saved about $3000 on a $15000 remodel if we would have done everything through Manny.

Manny and his crew are absolutely great. We had some flood damage due to leaving a bath tub running for way too long (ya I know, it was the wife, not me) and Manny and Climent Construction actually made things look better than they were originally. We have a very nice custom home. They matched everything perfectly. The attention to detail was amazing and he is just an honest and trustworthy guy and sometimes that is not easy to come by. I suggest using them for any needs you have in the home or office construction areas.

When we picked a blue color for the walls that turned out ugly he happily painted it over again in white and only charged me for the paint. He said he just wanted us to be happy with it and we definitely are. Thanks Manny!

They did what they promised they would do, when they promised it. His crew was polite, professional, and did quality work. They showed up every day with a smile, and worked every day until the job was done, and done correctly. I was very impressed with the finished product, and with their overall service and attitude. I would definitely recommend them.

Manny was the third person I contacted about my basement bathroom remodel; the others did not follow through. Manny gave me good advice about the remodel without being pushy. He and his workers showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, and kept us informed about all issues. When I asked for a couple of changes, Manny accommodated me with a very can-do attitude. I love the results; my new bathroom looks great! I'm planning another project since this went so well. Highly recommend.
