Located in Amenia, N.Y., Silo Ridge Country Club is a residential community and resort. It is a division of Silo Ridge Resort and has resort village with a 300-unit hotel, a spa, a golf club and an eighteen-hole golf course opened for all-season. The site of the country club maintains nearly 80 percent open space of 670 acres with approximately 133 acres of land reserved for the resort development. The resort includes 338 dwelling units consisting of 297 condominiums including town homes, golf villas, vineyard cottages, 41 single family homes, a resort condominium-hotel, a banquet space, a restaurant, cafe, and bar/lounge inside the condominium-hotel, a corporate conference center, a spa, wellness center and a Village Green featuring retail shops. The various amenities at the resort include golf, spa and wellness, swimming, fitness, tennis, hiking, and biking and ice skating.
