I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS BANK AGAIN! I used their machine to withdraw money from my account and their Atm Did not give my card back. IT JUST GRABBED IT BACK IN BEFORE I could remove it. I IMMEDIATELY WENT INSIDE WITH MY RECEIPT IN MY HAND AND PICTURE ID and a rude teller informed me that if I was a Kemba member they would go and get my card for me but since I WASN'T THEY WERE GOING TO SHREDD I. So their machine malfunctions, I am inconvienced, no debit card on a Friday.and they charge me three dollars! It seems with cameras and receipts and if they could go and get it for a "kemba " member they could GET IT FOR ME SINCE THEIR MACHINE WAS THE CULPRIT. I hope her card gets shredded when she needs gas, food, and has bills to pay!
