A couple of days ago I took my knife to a so called professional to be sharpened.When I got it back to my dismay he had ruined the edge.I called Alrite to see if they could repair it, they told me to stop in it wouldn't be a problem.Low and behold in less than 15 minutes my knife was shaving sharp with a properly profiled edge.As a sidenote, when I stopped by they were at lunch so I called them they cut their lunch short to help me . That's what I call real customer service.Highly recommended.
