And workable plan. Individual sessions range from 60 MIN. 90 MIN to 2 hour intensives. Group coaching is offered for 90 minutes. Once a week for 4 weeks AT a time. Clients CAN sign UP for multiple packages of ANY services. Personal development workshops and seminars are tailored to Company and organizational needs.
