Clueless? I think not

Obviously whoever wrote the other review has to be someone who holds a personal grudge or something of the sort. I have visited pretty often and have even gotten my trumpet repaired there when it needed it. It was cheaper than other places and done very well. Its not noticeable that the bell was caved in before hand and it plays beautifully again. Ive also purchased music books and instrument maintenance supplies there a few times. The employees are very helpfull and friendly people who I enjoyed working with :)

Run for your life!!!!! These people have no clue as to what an instrument deserves to be. They talk big, but have no grasp of reality.
