I went in several weeks ago to get new set of nails, I had older solar nails that were grown out. Tracy said she could get them off, I bleed on 1 finger and the new set looked good. I went in again a couple weeks later to get mani &pedi, I asked for them to soak them off so they got my feet in the water and Tracy said the man (her husband I think) was great getting the old ones off, well he cut my pinky and my thumb on both sides and he ripped my natural thumb nail down below the skin line, they were both bleeding still my feet were in water, the other lady finally finished my pedi, and Tracy started putting on the nails, she put them on over the dried blood and very far down on my own nails I guess to try to cover the blood, they are very thick and look dirty because of the dry blood underneath, it was two and a half hours of torture! I will never go back there again. it was a nightmare!!!
