Professional and courteous

Fast, honest, and reliable!

I've used Clear The Air, and its parent companies, since 1977. Their operation has gotten better over the years.

Initial technician came out to diagnose problem with our A/C - on-time. Then, repair team came out another day and completed work - on-time. Next day, same technician came back out to inspect and give final approval of work and specification parameters. All guys were professional, office staff friendly/professional, and I WOULD recommend this company and use for future service needs.

They are fast and efficient . Great service! We use them for our office quarterly maintenance.

Andrew our Technician was outstanding; professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our air conditioner needed a couple parts and it was fixed and cooling our home in a few hours. If possible we would ask for Andrew for any future service calls. Thank you.

Clear The Air was the third company that we had look at our system and they were the only company that really worked to solve our a/c problems. Our technician worked hard in a very hot attic to find a leak and balance our system properly and didn't try and sell us an expensive new system that we didn't really need. we would definitely recommend Clear The Air to anyone.

I came home to an 87 oven on the 2nd floor of my house. The fan is on in the house but the outside compressor didn't turn on. Desperate for a solution, I found Clear the Air with numerous positive feedbacks on Yelp. 8:25 PM - I called the phone number expecting to leave a voice message. To my pleasant surprise, a "human" answered my call. I stated my current AC situation and I gladly accepted her offer to page the technician on-call. 8:30 PM - Within 5 minutes, Savannah called back and took note on my AC problem. I agreed to a $89 of assessment charge and asked for the technician to come out. She also send an e-mail that included a bio about Andrew, the technician coming my way. 9 PM - Andrew T. arrive in 30 minutes at my front door. He assessed the upstairs compressor and identified the blown capacitor ($224) and bad switch delay ($242). As the downstairs compressor kicked on, Andrew noted the noisy fan and went ahead assess the unit as well (I was going to ask him to do so anyway

Friendly courteous service. Technician (Matt) remedied non-working AC Fan as followup to previous repair. I appreciated how he was able to quickly repair the problem (with no service charge either!), Hurray!
