To Valerie Z, you purchased a Kenmore washing machine from our company FEBRUARY 10, 2015 for $296.88, this price included delivery charge and taxes, you were told at the time of purchase that there is a 30 day warranty on parts and labor. On JUNE 26, 2015 you called and stated that the machine was leaking water, DUE TO YOURS AND OUR SCHEDULES, WE COULD NOT MAKE THE REPAIR UNTIL JULY 15, 2015, the repair cost was service call charge and ONE HALF THE PARTS AND LABOR, due to your argument that we should pay the entire cost of repair. We repaired the machine and had no more communications with you until we saw your post on here on YP almost TWO YEARS LATER. YOU HAD THE MACHINE TWO YEARS AND ONE MONTH, NOT LESS THAN A YEAR AS YOU STATED IN YOUR POST. If you didn't want the machine you didn't have to buy it, and if you want to write fiction go to a publisher, DO NOT SLANDER BUSINESSES.

My washing machine was giving me problems so I called them to have repairs done. It was going to cost me as much for the repairs as it would for another washer. I made a deal with them for a trade. Got the machine put in and was not happy with it from day one. A week or two later, I had to call them out for another repair. Another major repair. Now I am out over $400. The machine lasted less than a year while holding my breath during each load. Bought a brand new washer this week. Found out the old one was leaking as well. Needless to say it was my first experience with them and my last.
