inboard repower

Billed $20,000 for reman. Jasper engine repower. I could have put a NEW, complete engine in for $15,000! Charged me for 77 hours labor! Only takes 17 to remove and replace an engine. Held my boat hostage for 3 months!!! Boat stopped working after 2 hours. No call from Owl Creek re: solution to the problem. It appears as though nobody really cares about the work they put out. Every time I was in, there was a disgruntled customer in the office.Also, it looks as though the business is listed for sale. Maybe that's why nobody cares.
