If I could give 0 stars I would. You just lost a customer, called today to get oil because I ran out early this morning and was told that it was be till next week until someone could deliver! Are you kidding me??? I understand winter is a busy time but if you are going to be an heating oil company you should be prepared for the winter weather, you've been in business for how many years? I have never had such bad customer service and unreliability. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere or even pay more for oil to know when I call because I am out that someone will gladly deliver it so I don't freeze. Didn't know this business would turn away customers so easily and quickly. You say new customers are always welcome, but maybe you should focus on your current ones because you obviously can't take care of them. Plus your website states that you are a family business. . . yet you don't care about taking care of families regarding keeping their house warm and safe from the cold of winter. So much for any type of 24 hours service if you run out.
