Were at the rental pickup at 9 AM as specified. There were two employees at the front area but only one checking customers in. When we finally were up to the counter we were to receive a GMC Terrain or similar...the vehicle that they attempted to put us in was much smaller than a Terrian. After discussing this we were offered then a Ford Edge. This was closer to the vehicle expected but we had to wait for it to supposedly be cleaned. After waiting & received the auto it was not vacumned well as there was grass all over the front floor . We were given 2 key fobs & 1 key for the door but found it to be pointless that all of this was hooked together on a ring that could not be opened. If we lost this we would have been out of luck. Returned the vehicle on Saturday even though our time was not up until Sunday & heard nothing from the company. Vehicle ran very good but need to work on the little touches.

Thought I'll take a moment to express my opinion with Enterprise, as a long time customer from Florida I found from office to office you get the same service, some a bit friendly some in question but the service is outstanding and personal. Yes it is about customer satisfaction and from 1-10 I would give Altoona a 10. Yes different faces from time to time but the training they get is well displayed
