Provided by YPmobileI paid 1100$ to Dr. Cohen with in two months since u have to pay upfront. Drs Office is supposed to send claims in for my insurance to remit to me their coverage amount. So far I have not received any monies because of the incompetence and since they have NO fax machine and NO electronic email the claims are mailed out. I have been given excuse after excuse in the past month. I’m ready to call the PA Consumer Protection office and BBB
