The worst service I ever experienced!! I had a new ac and furnace put in and ended up having to call them back at 6 times. It has taken over 5 weeks for them to hopefully get the job done correctly. I have my doubts! I had 2 appointments scheduled that they never even showed up to and when called to find out what was going on they always had an excuse of "I had to fire someone this morning unexpectedly" or "we are really short handed". I can't believe this company is still in business!

Hope the apple fell far from the tree. I sure would like to talk to the father of the current owner who was the owner of Capital City. Hate to lump the current company with the last, but bad experiences with the previous company and the father of current owner make it hard not to. Really looking for the new owner to step up and take on some liability for his old man regardless of the story of how the company did or didn't change hands.It would have also been nice to know that they weren't affiliated with Capital City because we could have at least considered not calling them back in the first place! Still cost us over $200 just to have them come by and tell us what had been wrong with our AC since Capital City installed it originally 4 years ago.What a shame.

I just had to come online and post a review of this place. Our place was an inferno yesterday with the 90+ heat and we needed service to our central air. I called that morning and they were there that early afternoon. The repair man said they were loaded with work that day, but since they were in the area could fit us in. Other larger companies wanted to charge us a lot more and they wouldn't get there until 2 days later. I strongly recommend United over thebig companies in town. Great service, very informative, and an all around great experience.

This company use to be Aire Serv of Capital City. We had a air conditioner installed last year by Aire Serv. We turned it on the other afternoon because our home was 85 inside and it would not come on. I called them and found out that the extended warranty I was sold last year is no good and I was going to have to pay. Come to find out after contacting AireServ.com that this joke of a company was a franchise and they lost their franchise because they had pissed off customers like me. You have been warned!!
