Extremely pleased with the service I received. They arrived well before the ETA I was given from my insurance company and very personable.. an overall good experience despite a bad situation. I will call LLT EVERYTIME I need assistance.

Wonderful!! I got a flat tire today, only waited 25 minutes for them to come out and then they took my tire to get repaired and then brought it to my house and put it on after I got home from work! These guys are true gentlemen and I would recommend them to anyone!

Forget the old owner's horrible rep. The new ownership provides great service with a great attitude at a great price. I called around to a few places to compare price points, and this one was easily the most affordable. So I scheduled a time to have Lisa's vehicle (which needs work) towed from Caledonia to our new apartment in Hastings.



Then I got to wondering, what can I expect from this place? I found my way to these YP reviews, which showed conflicting reports, and I held my breath.



But I needn't have worried. John is a super-nice guy, he showed up on time, and he got the job done without a hitch. No unpleasant surprises, just excellent service. I am pleased to rate him five stars.



What T.P. and mom1982 experienced with the old owner sounds awful, but don't hold that against the new owners. You'll have a far better experience, and I hope that mom1982 has found them to be as good a new neighbor as the former owner was a bad one.

New owner did a quick job at a resonable rate. I would recomend them. The prevous owner did not have a good rep.

I was leary after reading reviews, but was very satisfied with service from the new owners. Great service, listened to what the problem was and good solution. Bob, who is listed in negative reviews is no longer the owner and there are no concerns about recommending LLT to anyone.

BEYOND HORRIBLE! This piece of $H*T BOB does not even deserve 1 star! Charged me $85 for a tow of just 3.1 miles and when I found out what the dealership paid him I called asking for a partial refund to a lower (reasonable) amount - was b*tched out and hung up on! Well there you have it folks! Be sure to read the review from Mom1982 below! If you love dishonest, shady crooks go right ahead and call BOB. If not steer clear! That's my OPINION and I'm sticking to it!

This guy is my neighbor. First, he charged me 50$ to walk over and slim jim my car, the whole time asking personal questions, finding out that I am a single mom who works hard with no assistance. Then today, he sat in his tow truck at the end of his driveway and watched me for an hour while I got stuck, shoveled and salted and pushed my car for about an hour. There it sits, still stuck. No offer to help at all. Not asking for a free service, just an offer to even pull me out with a cost. My car can sit there till Spring, before I will ask this guy to r#pe me, again !
