Today I went in to get a handwritten front for my dad for Father's Day. My sister passed away 2 months ago and I wanted her handwriting on a mug and a map. The manager Maya personally helped me. She was so kind. I had her undivided attention and she didn't make me feel rushed. She told me to take my time and we could re-do it as many times as we needed. What I didn't know was that before I came in she was helping another customer who had just lost a loved one in the recent shooting. Maya was so kind and compassionate. It was the sort of kindness that we each needed. She was sincere. It was such an amazing experience.

And Maya, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You not only have an amazing heart but you also were able to bring a little piece of my sister back to life for my dad.
