I have been to Rich Hippie over a dozen times and I have NEVER had a bad experience. It is such a fun, fashionable, positive place. The Sales women are excellent. They are very helpful. They remember me when I come in and always know what styles I like! Rich Hippie has styles for everyone and every body type! I love the clothing and accessories, Thanks Jean for opening such a rockin place!

When this store opened, the staff was friendly and merchandise fresh at boutique prices. Then, a friend came to visit, purchased an item and wanted to return the item. When we went back and the sales persons were very rude and confronted her with the no return policy. Then, when looking for another item to make an exchange, the sales persons did not help her and one sales person rolled their eyes behind her back. Save your shopping for Stein Mart. This is not the place to enjoy a shopping spree.
