Took my Toro mower in as the drive mechanism had stopped working. They had if fixed in less than a week and charged less than what competitors require as a minimum charge for service. The mower has worked flawlessly since.

I was having trouble with my edger and brought it to Kershaws and they were very knowledgeable about what was wrong with it. They fixed it & I haven't had a problem since then.My Husqvarna Mover drive control broke and I was able to purchase the part & try to fix it myself. I ran into a problem and called Kershaws and was pleasantly surprised when the gentleman said bring the mower over and he will show me where the little wire goes. I did that & within a few minutes he came out to my car, took out the mower and put it where it should go and put the mower back into my car and didn't charge me anything and said have a nice day. I came home & was able to finish mowing my lawn.
