This is by far the worst dentist I have ever been to. My children and I were treated like cattle. Every single worker was rude and just treated us horrible. We tried checking in on their system and our names had been passed over and we had to start this long process all over. Once we finally saw the dentist all would talk about is how bad my girls teeth were and sorry they will just have to deal with it because my insurance won't cover what they needed done and she walked out of the room and we walked out of the room confused and in disbelief. The only help we received was how to find the exit doors. Wow. I cannot believe these people are still in business. Their black uniforms made us feel like we were in a funeral home. Such a horrible, horrible experience. This is the Greenburg in Altamonte Great Pond dr.

HORRIBLE- HORRIBLE- HORRIBLE! No customer service, does not know how to follow up, never submitted requests to my daughters insurance and after 20 calls and three emails to Dr. Harrell, still NOT ONE CALL BACK! Lost my appointment twice and refuses to send email confirmation of appointment- it has been over two months since they told me my daughter needed two fillings and I needed to come back once approved by her insurance...every time I call I get an excuse (no one submitted the request to insurance, Ashley was handling your file and she's on vacation, someone will call you on Monday) I thought emailing the dentist DIRECTLY would get this issue resolved, but Nope. 12 days since my original email and no response when I sent my concern via fax. What in the world is with this office? Switching ASAP- Thanks for wasting my time and possibly causing my daughter additional dental work due to the prolonged procrastination on getting her treatment plan completed.

I am so sorry I gave Dr. Kamat the go ahead for two implants which I really don't believe I need with the small partial he had made for me. The cost is ridiculous more than I paid to have my whole house replummed. Beside it took 3 months to get my partial and am having adjustment problems.

This place is just a big factory. Money is only concern. No customer service.So disappointed. Not even an oucne of concern for a patient in great pain.

Wish I could give only 1/2 Star! Customer Service does not exist!

If you read these reviews and then chose to give this place your money - then don't complain. I didn't do my homework and now am stuck with this office (because of my braces). They don't answer phones, don't return phone calls, and cancel appointments all the time. When they cancel your appointment, they leave a message on yoru home machine and then it takes WEEKS to get them to call you back to schedule an appointment that they canceled! I always schedule my appointments for the first appointment of the day - that way I can go on my way to work and not miss a lot of time. My 8;00 a.m. appointment today - it took to 8:35 a.m. to take me back to the room...At 9:00 a.m. (1 hour late), I left the room and finally let them have it. I find it important to note that this is not the first, second, third or even fourth time this has happened. It is the norm. When I complained, I was told the dentist was busy...I replied that I was busy too. When the ortho finally came in...he was cold and never once apologized. To be fair, this is not the first time I have blown up at them about how late their appointments run. They are aware that I make the appointments based on their recommendations of when I can get in and out the fastest (aka first appointment of the day). Going there raises by blood pressure. I have two children who needed braces after I got mine (adult braces)...I told the ortho that I was not going to give them my kids ortho if they did not tighten up on their customer service. They didn't and I kept my word. My kids go to the best ortho who is not part of Greenberg. It is wonderful when we take the kids because we get to see how a true professional orhtodontist runs their business. The other ortho was about 700 more per kid, but it was well worth it. The saying "you get what you pay for" really hits home with Greenberg.



P.S. Obviously, I am still ticked off from today's ortho visit..but food for thought. One day I had the last appointment of the day..I was 5 (I swear no more than 5 minutes late) - I was told..you are late - you should have called and you will have to reschedule....

Poor teeth cleaning

I waited 45 min. She took exactly 8 minutes to clean my teeth. The absolute worst ever. My teeth still feel rough and even I can feel the partially cleaned tartar. She was rough and you could tell she just wanted to get it done. I am not sure she was even a licensed dental assistant let alone hygienist. This place is cheap but you get what you pay for.
