I couldn't believe how much the consultants actually take the time to get to know exactly what you are looking for. They listened to my needs instead of what would sell. The whole experience was very welcoming and warm, they treated me like family and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a bridal shop that will go up and beyond just selling.

I have been to a lot of bridal salons all over Orlando and I had yet to be impressed at any of them, until I went to Brides by Demetrios!As soon as I walked into the salon I was immediately greeted by the staff and was helped by own personal consultant, not like at the bigger 'warehouse' style store that is also in Altamonte (Im sure you all know who I'm referring to!) that gives you a consultant that is helping three other groups of people at the same time.She was so helpful in finding me the perfect gowns to try on and was truly interested in making my entire experience really pleasant and memorable. She really helped my dream gown and I couldn't have been happier!I know that a lot of the these reviews were from quite a few months back and I think they must have turned over some new staff since then because I cannot imagine that any of the people I met could have been rude or not helpful. Overall the perfect experience and I would recommend them to anyone!
