I went in to this location looking for recommendations and help to understand the products, as I have never used vape before. The shopkeep recommended a product ($39.99) plus some liquid. After a couple of weeks I realized that the vaporizer I bought wasn't robust enough, and I needed something bigger. I went to this location again to ask if I could get some credit for turning in the product I was recommended and spend even more money to get something bigger (more capacity and more vapor) and I was told quite rudely that they do not allow returns. When I said I only wanted to exchange the item and get some credit for a more expensive purchase, all the shopkeeper would say, bluntly, was no returns and no exchanges. This was very disappointing to me because the same person was there when I was recommended this product and he recognized me. Vape shops are not uncommon. I will not do business with this place again, and I do not recommend them to anyone.

Store is very net and clean, and has lots of selection. Their price is very low with excellent customer service.
