I took my 8 year old daughter as a treat for her a pedicure and I a manicure. Immediately I felt we were frustrating them by even coming in. They seemed put off by having to take care of us and let us stand there after we "picked out our colors" My daughter was treated a little nicer than I so I was glad. I sat there waiting for my nail tech while she wandered around in the back, talk to the others in her language then finally came up with samples assuming I wanted the gel nails again. I didn't so she had me soak my nails for a while before checking on me again. Instead of using a tool to take the polish off she proceeded to scrap it off with her own nail....not sanitary! After finishing, with a look of boredom the whole time, she proceeded to point out the sign that reads "cash only tips." It is sad because it is a nice and clean building but awful customer service I would never go back!!!

Fresh, new and most importantly CLEAN salon.

We went here today for the first time. After waiting with our feet soaking for over 20 minutes, the nail technician finally came over. We were enjoying our pedicure until one of the nail techs turned the water on at one of the stations next to us, didn't put the hose back properly soaking my friend & I with water. All we got is a bunch of apologies & weren't even given a discount! Apologies don't dry our clothes nor does it make us want to revisit this nail salon! I didn't feel valued & definitely wouldn't go back!
