I have been going to shear impressions for about a year, Erna cuts my hair, she is friendly and the salon is always clean with great service and super friendly staff and new owners.

Went with a Groupon which was expired valued at $65. Had called the week previously to verify funds. Long story short - stylist confessed that they don't make money on Groupon (duh, everyone knows that!), then proceeded to fast talk me into thinking my $65 credit would go towards an $85 color/highlight but after checking out stated that it was $85 additional! She did this intentionally knowing that was out of my budget and trying to claim expired groupon and then, that she didnt deal with groupons. After leaving in tears with the promise of a manager to call Monday he did absolutely NOTHING to make it right except to offer services I didn't want instead of refunding the money they took wrongfully. Wish I would've read the other reviews before buying my Groupon.

Employees were inattentive, salon was not clean. Top it with a sloppy haircut and, not only will I not return, I will recommend others don't either.
