Our experience with Premier Surfaces was wonderful. Melanie Williamson was our showroom rep and her expertise and professionalism was refreshing. Curtis did our tile backsplash and we were very pleased with his artistic creativity. Premier Surfaces was so pleasant to work with and their work ethic and integrity is wonderful. They were all very willing to work with us, even through a tile dilemma. We would recommend this company to anyone thinking about remodeling or building. Great work guys! We enjoyed our interaction with everyone we came in contact with that is associated with this company.

Worst experience we have ever had. Our second sales girl had to have the dimensions repeated to her several time and she still got it wrong. Now they screwed up, they refuse to make it right. They cut it too short and clipped it. No customer service what so ever

We were lucky enough to have Melonie as our salesperson! What a doll. She got as excited as we did about finding just the right granite to complete our beautiful kitchen. She walked us thru every step of the process and we never felt rushed or pushed. They make you feel comfortable like real friends. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the cookies under the cake stand...they bake them themselves and they are adciting. WOW! My kitchen is now complete and Melonie was right, telling us that the granite is the JEWELRY of the kitchen...sure is! Great choice and my heart is very happy! THANKS! Premiere!
