I would not recommend this company! After finding a much better service about a month after I signed up with them, I tried to cancel.... they told me I can't cancel for 6 months. I wait 6 months while being charged for a service I'm not using and when I tried to cancel after waiting 6 months, I faxed my cancellation as requested -- in the meantime see another charge with a $15 increase on my bank statement -- So I contact them and they tell me they didn't receive my fax -- and I cant' fax a cancellation, I must mail it! So now I'm being charge $25 a month for nothing and will continue to be charged for another month because cancellation has to be received before the 5th of the month! I think it's a scam and wouldn't want anyone to have to go through what I'm still going through to cancel!! They didn't apologize, they didn't credit me, and they wouldn't cancel the service even with all the confusion and misinformation! Very disappointing! There are much better quality companies out there with better service with no monthly fee!
