GREAT COMPANY , AND VERY GOOD EMPLOYEE'S TO WORK WITH, I REQUESTED SERVICE THAT MORNING AND, ( AL THE SERVICE TECH REP'S ) SAID HE WOULD HAVE A CREW HERE AT NOON, BUT I TOLD HIM ABOUT MY PROBLEM AND HAD GUY'S HERE AT 10:30 AM TO HELP SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

This is the company that our builder used for installation on our new home. We have had continual problems with both of our units, but particularly the downstairs. Every time we turned it on, it blew hot air. A service call and they would fill it with freon and dash. After 10 service calls and still no correction we were totally frustrated. We even paid the annual service fee, and we would pass their inspection, even tho the units weren't functioning properly!

The last time I called for the same problem, two years worth, and I was informed that I would be billed for the service call, even tho after 10 tries, they had not yet fixed it.

Well, if we did business the way that they do, we would be OUT OF BUSINESS! Calls are lost on the switchboard, the service technicians seem redundantly incapable, and they just don't stand behind their work.

We called another tech from Southern Comfort Heat & Air in Dawsonville...they fixed it the first time out. They also told us that the units installed don't even meet specifications for SEER ratings!

So, JUST SAY NO TO NEESE JONES!
