I normally don’t write reviews but I was so disappointed about my recent experience that I don’t want anyone else to encounter such an event as I did. Let me first start off by saying I am a little over 7 months pregnant so reaching my feet is hardly an option at this point thus the desire for a pedicure. The lady scrubbed my feet so hard that she scrapped my skin off of my heel! My foot was bleeding all over their towel until I finally said “Hey my foot hurts!” A man that worked there proceeded to get me a bandage. The pain was unbearable so I did not allow them to finish after asking if I still “Wanted pretty color?” They said sorry but did not offer anything for my hardship. This was a true let down. I’ve put a picture up of the damage done to my heel for reference.
