I love their people and attention to detail. They are great with women, children, and men. As a guy who generally gets cuts from barber shops, I've been converted due to their people and their pricing. I'd give more stars, if I could!

0 Stars! My first visit was to purchase products, I had asked what would be best for de tangling curls, and to help with frizz -so Riley (receptionist- who is not a stylist), and another girl (stylist), gave me products that were supposed to be amazing, so I spent almost $300, it was junk! I don't mind spending money on good products, but they didn't listen and it was complete opposite. So I gave them benefit of the doubt, and made appointments for my Mom (who is a senior), and myself. When we arrived, they took me right away for my appointment, and my Mom who was left sitting there for 45 minutes on the couch, and obviously Riley, and the other receptionist could careless. So after all that time on the couch waiting, they didn't even acknowledge her, and didn't even know she had left. No apologies, or anything! By the way she is ill - battling cancer, and it was obvious that she wasn't feeling well! No compassion at all! Thank God I found a new salon that is amazing, they treat their customers with respect, half the cost, and their services are way better! Just want to throw in- even my stylist at Coulter salon was unhappy, that tells you something! I enjoy my weekly services at the salon down the street! I
