I found Billy about 5 years ago through a friend. She was getting married and he made our dresses. He also made another dress for me. Well now it is my turn and I am getting married. I tried on all the dresses at all the stores and nothing was what I wanted. He is incredible and totally awesome. He drew up what I wanted and gave me a price that the stores couldn't touch, oh and I don't have to order it 6 months ahead either, he will make it in 3 months and all the alterations are included in the price he gave me. If you need a dress he is the one you need to talk to. You won't be disappointed.
