This quaint restaurant offers a southern New American cuisine with menu items that are definitely more appetizing than the very limited menu descriptions. The food is freshly prepared from the chefs, who are visible from the rectangular open window facing the guests tables. The large burger is meaty and bursting with grilled smoky scrumptious flavor. The grilled fish tacos are more pan seared, but are crispy on the edges while still being flaky in the middle. The kosmo salad with stays crisp, due to chefs genius idea to put the perfectly tangy thyme lemon vinagerrete in the bottom of the salad bowl, instead of on the top. Their fully stocked bar consists of beers, wines, bubbly, and spirits. If you like Mezcal, try the Victory Hull, which has a smoky yet not overly sweet flavor. They also offer a few kid menu items and desserts. I would love to see a few more menu items that the chef could prepare. I would definitely give this a 5 if there were a few more sandwich or entree items to choose from.

Had a wonderful meal for my third visit, but yesterday was first time I had the burger. Fresh ground sirloin topped with carmelized onions and mushrooms - it was the best burger I've had in a long time. My daughter's favorite is the pan grilled salmon over beans, and it was as good as usual. I love the simplicity of the chic modern decor. The service: quick, friendly and efficient. Tried their kozmopolitan for the first time and it was different from the classic, yet cold crisp and absolutely delicious. Love this place.
