This business is the worst! They underquote estimates and are notorious for not getting the repairs done in a timely fashion. Use anyone but them. The bad ratings and review are all true.

I really like this business. I am a female and have had bad experiences with service businesses. At Grassland the check-in area is clean, organized, and friendly. The people, including the wife of the owner are knowledgeable and will make a service recommendation if you ask. The prices may be a few dollars higher than others but it is well worth the difference. I also appreciate the complimentary un-loading and loading of my equipment from my car trunk.

They do good work though expect to be overcharged when you pick it up. While I listened to someone complaining in front of me I had the exact same issue. They tell you one price and will hit you for another $30-50. To me, if someone tells you that something will be X, and when you pick it up and they charge you 20-30% more, and can't look you in the eye while doing it, show no remorse, are non-empathetic and just did the same thing to someone else right in front of me, they are doing it intentionally.BAD BUSINESS, PLEASE AVOID. The only way to stop this practice is for them to know buyers won't tolerate it.
