I don't know what problems the other person had (though Dover IS an all-english tack store), but when I went there to get show clothes, the staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to help you. Will definitely be going back for all my horsey needs- they have a wide range of products, the store is clean and well-lit, and the staff, as stated above, is very professional.

Not the best. I'm a barrel racer, and they sometimes treat me rudely because they disagree with my riding style. I'm sure they are mad because I won't be buying their godly expensive boots, clothes, saddles, and tack.

One of my recent problems- they don't check their inventory! So many times I've spent my money on supplements, treats, and wormers only to find that they are expired! Once I bought a bran mash that had ants and mealworms in it! Also, I bought a treat bar that was 3 years expired...

They used to be pleasant to me when I rode english, but now I tend avoid this place. I still drop by occasionally to get my English friends gifts, and I like their coupons. About the coupons- do they send them anymore? Used to be the only reason I went there. I get all my things at Hamp's and the feed store now, so I won't be back.

3 stars because some of the staff is nice, and few will go out of their way to help you. However, the teenaged girls that worked there this summer were very unhelpful. One of them didn't know what ivermectim was :/
