We post a review on Yelp as well but Yelp will remove bad reviews if the business contacts them and ask. Yelp takes bad reviews and they will put them at the bottom of the page and you will have to click on the bad reviews which is very unfortunate for consumers because people need to know the truth about this Nail Salon. Crystal Nails in Alpharetta is all around bad service, bad quality of work, terrible atmosphere, gross, and they arent sanitary at all. They gossip way too much about there customers also and they rush on you and get upset if you ask them to redo a nail. One of the nail techs told a customer she was too picky, picky. What! are you kidding me your services arent free. We will never come back to this Nail Salon all the bad reviews about this place is true so read them! The good reviews are from friends and customers they obviously gave free services too or begged them to write. Im shocked that they are even open because they dont even clean after each customer I had to ask them to do it and the look she gave me was so unbelievable just rude. This has to be the laziest group of Nail Techs we have ever experienced in Alpharetta and Atlanta GA. They are very busy like a cattle call a nail salon should be a place for relaxation and rejuvenation this place is like a busy cattle call or like a rave full of teenagers and its not because they do the best of work either the only reason is because of the Apartment Community behind them. The health department should close them down this is not a clean place and neither are the nail techs!

WE WENT AS A FAMILY TO GET OUR NAILS DONE TODAY AND WITNESS SOMETHING VERY DISTURBING. WE OVER HEARD THE STAFF MAKING RACIAL COMMENTS ABOUT A BLACK WOMEN IN THE NAIL SALON AND ONE OF THE LADIES BY THE NAME OF CINDY EVEN TOLD HER THAT IF SHE DIDNT TIP HER 10-20 DOLLARS THEN SHE COULDNT COME BACK SHE ALSO TOLD THE WOMAN THAT SHE WAS WAY TOO PICKY AND NO ONE EVER WANTED TO DO HER NAILS. IM A WHITE WOMAN AND IM EXTREMELY PICKY WE HAD 5 PEOPLE WITH US MY DAUGHTER IS EVEN MORE PICKER THEN ME AND NOT ONLY THAT WE DIDNT TIP AT ALL BECAUSE OF THE WAY THE WOMAN WAS TREATED. WE SHOULD BOYCOTT THIS PLACE AND GET THEM CLOSED DOWN! THEY HAVE SOME NERVE TO COME TO OUR COUNTRY AND TREAT AMERICANS THIS WAY! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND BY THE WAY THEY DO A TERRIBLE JOB AND THEY RUSH ON THEIR CLIENTS THEY ALSO ARE VERY UNSANITARY I WONT BE BACK THEY ARE IN A GREAT AREA SO THE TRAFFIC IF GREAT BUT SOON THEY WILL BE SHUT DOWN IM LETTING EVERYONE I KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO THAT WOMAN TODAY IT WAS HARD TO WATCH AND LISTEN. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER BEFORE WE LEFT AND THEY SAID SHE WASNT THERE EVIDENTLY HER NAME IS VAN AND I WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER CLIENT THAT SHE WONT DO ANYTHING IN WHICH THIS CLIENT WAS ALSO WHITE SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY DONT WANT ANY BLACKS COMING N THERE EVER. I ASK WHY IF SHE KNEW THAT WHY WOULD SHE GO THERE AND SHE SAID SHE LIVED IN THE APARTMENTS BEHIND THE BUILDING BUT WHEN SHE MOVED SHE WAS NEVER GOING BACK. I MAD THAT THEY GOT ANY OF MY MONEY AT ALL!
