I have been 100% satified with my services and replacement units from this company. Marie and Julie answer the phone with a smile on their face that you can see through the phone. I will never use another company because they are honest and fair and Marie always tells me if I have any problems I better call her so she can take care of it. How many companies can you say that will tell you that? I have an annual maintenance agreement with Cool Max and have not had any issues since they fixed my duct work in the attic that a roden had chewed through. They also have added insulation in my attic and sealed my ducts from leaks and I saved $100 dollars on my next bill. They continue to amaze me with their testing equipment and knowledge about saving energy. I would even pay extra for their services because they truly go over and beyond.
