Yeah the service isnt that great..but the food is! Kung Pao Chicken!

My co-worker and I went to Chin-Chin - Alpharetta on Windward for lunch. We arrived at the resturant around 11:50, prior to the busy lunch crowd, was seated at around 11:54 with a couple of other parties who arrived shortly after we did. There were 4 other table located in our section; our table was on of the four. One of the 4 table seated at the same time we were was served almost immediately. About 5 mintues later a second table was served. Shortly after that the 3rd table was served. We waited for over 30 mintues, still no food. After such a long wait we decided to leave. As we were walking out to the resturant we saw the waitness bringing the food. By that time, we were too upset to enjoy our food. I have never been to resturant before where, in my opinion, the service was so was so blatantly bias. I actually tried to remember if anything like this had happened to me before and honestly I could not remember receiving such poor service ever before. Chin-Chin - Alpharetta certainly has been removed from my top 10 list of resturant to dine.

About 10 minutes later a 2nd table in the section was served. Shortly after that the 3rd table, in our section, was served. We waited for over 30 minutes, still no food, before we decided to leave. As we were walking out we notice the waitress bringing out our food along with another table that had only been waiting a short while. I have never been to a restaurant before where, in my consideration, the level of service was so blatantly bias. I actually tried to remember if something like this had ever happened to me before and honestly could not remember receiving such poor service ever before. Chin Chin – Alpharetta certainly has been removed from my top 10 list of restaurants to dine.

Lunch portion is just enough and very good.
