Provided by YP.comDmitry came to my house to fix my icemaker. While he was there, I remembered that my garbage disposal wasn't working. He quickly offered to look at it in addition to my icemaker.
It turned out that I needed a new garbage disposal. Rather than telling me that I needed to schedule another time for him to install one, he had one on his truck and installed it on the spot. It made my day that I didn't have to book another appointment!
Dmitry is very customer-service oriented and realizes that customers want speed and convenience. I will definitely use him again!
