The customer service in this facility is the WORST. After being billed by labcorp for routine procedures, my insurance company will not pay up because the billing team at Alliance coded the claim wrong and would not fix the claim forcing me to pay for all labs that were done. The Rep i spoke to "Barb" wasn't even a billing specialist.. She is a Nurse. My insurance company reached out and left multiple messages to the manager and the manager had "Barb" call back Labcorp to inquire about the bill..Then she decided to call me to tell me what Labcorp "my insurance company" said. Umm.. Ding dong, Labcorp is who you send your labs to..Not my insurance company. The Physician's are pretty great but not worth going back to see if their office wont fix claims they screw up.
