Great job installing the windows and sliding glass door, and their sales and install crews are tremendously well skilled. But they do not do well on the 'Guarantee' part. We had a bunch of screens that fell out, or were damaged by kids, dogs, storms- all these things were covered, we were told. However, after finally getting a rep out to look at warranty work (took over 6 calls over 4 month period), the rep (which was the owner), was highly combative, and refused to warrant anything except just replacing the screen mesh itself. Their guarantee is worthless, and their owner uses his size to threaten and intimidate if you want to have them fix the product the claim to stand behind. Their guarantee was the main reason we hired them. If it's yours, make sure you ask for references on those who had guarantee work done.

Great Company. Came out quickly. Gave thorough estimate. No pressure. Was definitely the lowest quate and also gave the most information. Job was done several weeks ago and I could tell the difference. For the first time in 15 years I cant wait for the summer to start. No more hot house! Thanks
