Needed my sprinklers repaired. They came out on a Sunday, had to first find the valves and quickly repaired it. Pricing was reasonable also. I would highly recommend them.

Paid for fall blow out and spring start up. Called him 5 times in Spring over a two week period to schedule start up - he never returned one call. Said he would be at our home on Saturday between 11-12, he never showed. I called him back, he said he would be there in a few hours - he never showed, never called back; left him a message to let me know when he thought he could come out - never returned call.



Called him the next Monday, he got hostile over the phone and threatened never to come out.



Buyer beware.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY RAN BY ONE MAN PAUL BUCHNER. HE HAS NO CLUE WHAT HE IS DOING. PUT A PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE ON THE MAINLINE AND WE HAD ZONES NOT Functioning at all and still had a leak. He OVERCHARGES AS WELL!!! WON"T RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT EITHER. BEWARE!!!

My home is in the process of closing to the new buyers, and prior to selling the home, the other homeowner and myself had minor irrigation repairs to make to the sprinkler system before the new owners take possession of the property. The repairman provided my former partner (the other homeowner) with a copy of the invoice when the services were rendered. Since I agreed to pay half of the irrigation repair, I wanted to contact the company (Advanced Irrigation) to verify the amount on the invoice prior to making a personal payment of half to the other homeowner. I called the contact number (770-917-8222) provided on the business website http://advancedirrigationinc.com/ today. A gentleman answered the phone and I stated that I had a repair made to my property this week by his company and I wanted to verify the amount on the invoice. The gentleman became verbally abusive over the telephone, began to holler at me and said "I know who you are, don't you ever call my number again". Confused, because I have never contacted this business before, I reiterated that I simply need to validate the amount that was paid for the repair made at my home. The gentleman again became very belligerent, raising his voice and said that he was going to call the police if I called again. I found this to be concerning so I hung up and called back thinking that perhaps this business has an office and maybe someone else would answer the phone so I could speak to someone sane and restate my need to simply validate the amount due on the invoice. The same gentleman answered the phone, said “I told you never to call me back”. I reminded him that I am his customer and have a minor request to validate the amount on the invoice. He said I should “forget he exists, that he has dropped off the face of the earth, had died and gone to heaven”. This was beyond professional so I stated that I would drive over to the office and speak to someone. The address provided on the website is a residential address located in a subdivision. I chose not to approach the home after the hostile tone of the man I spoke with in fear of how he may react at my arrival at his “business address”. As a female, I certainly didn’t feel safe interacting with him alone after the way he had spoken to me.



I am confident that the gentleman I spoke to is the business owner, and perhaps confused me with someone else when I called. Regardless, while the services rendered to the property were suitable, I would absolutely not recommend this business to anyone. When you call a business, any employee should be welcoming to any potential or existing client. This gentleman made an obviously incorrect assumption of me, and his paranoid, abusive and hostile threats to contact the police were more than unacceptable; I found it appalling. He never stopped yelling for a moment for me to clarify who I was, the address of the property and restate what my need was. I have not called back, as I refuse to continue to be abused by the employee or business owner that I spoke with. Two thumbs down; three if I had another hand.
