Teaching High and Low Impact Aerobics, Body Toning, Stretch Classes and Aqua Aerobics. She has taught at the Oxford Athletic Club, Club One, The Rolling Rock Club and The Ellis School.
Private and Duet classes by appointment.
Pilates Fusion classes Monday, Wednesday, Saturday at 10AM and Wednesday 7PM. These classes are limited to 6 persons so please call 2 hours ahead to reserve a space.
